黑龙江省儿科专业学位硕士研究生“岗位胜任力”研究

摘    要:目的调研现阶段黑龙江省用人单位对儿科专业学位硕士研究生的岗位要求及岗位胜任力的满意度,探讨以提高岗位胜任力为目标的儿科医学人才的培养途径。方法以新入职两年的儿科专业学位硕士研究生医师为评价对象,以问卷调查用人单位的形式,从专业素质、职业能力、职业素质、身心素质四个维度调研用人单位对其的岗位要求以及岗位胜任力的满意度。结果用人单位的岗位要求中以职业素质和身心素质最为重要。用人单位对儿科专业学位硕士研究生的岗位胜任力的满意度评价都在3.5分以上。然而,儿科专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任力的评价仍低于用人单位的岗位要求。结论儿科专业学位硕士研究生培养提倡以“岗位胜任力”为导向具有重要理论和实际意义,需要在培养过程中将研究生教育、住院医师规范化培训和儿科岗位胜任力有机结合。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the post demands and competency satisfaction of postgraduates of pediatrics professional degree in Heilongjiang province,and to explore the ways to training pediatrics medical talents with the goal of improving post competency.Methods Taking pediatrics physicians of the new employee within 2 years as the evaluation objects,this paper investigated the post demands of employers for pediatrics residents and the post competency satisfaction of them from professional quality,professional ability,occupational quality,physical and mental quality dimensions in the form of questionnaire survey.Results Employers considered the occupational,physical and mental qualities as two more important post demands.Employers were satisfied with postgraduates of pediatrics professional degree,with the high scores beyond 3.5 on all four dimensions of the post competency.However,the evaluation of the post competency of them is still lower than the demands of employers.Conclusion It is of great theoretical and practical significance that the training of postgraduates of pediatrics professional degree is oriented on"post competency".The training process should integrates postgraduate education,residency training and pediatric post competencies.
