PBL联合CBL在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

目的观察PBL联合CBL在住院医师规范化培训中的应用疗效。方法随机选取本院2018年10月—2019年10月的46例自愿参与规范化培训的住院医师为本次研究对象,按照规范化培训中采取的教学模式不同将规范化培训住院医师分为为对照组(23例:传统教学法)与试验组(23例:PBL联合CBL教学法),比较两组规范化培训住院医师规范化培训效果。结果试验组规范化培训住院医师出科时操作技能考核得分、自我职业认同感得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者对操作满意度(95.65%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组规范化培训住院医师教学反馈优良率(95.65%)比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训中PBL联合CBL教学法干预效果明显优于传统教学法。

Application of PBL Combined With CBL in Standardized Training of Residents

Objective To observe the efficacy of PBL combined with CBL in the standardized training of residents.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,46 resident physicians who volunteered to participate in standardized training in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into a control group(23 cases)traditional teaching method)and an experimental group(23 cases)PBL combined with CBL teaching method)to compare the effects of standardized training for resident physicians in the two groups.Results The scores of operation skill examination and selfprofessional identity were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The operation satisfaction of the experimental group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching feedback rate(95.65%)was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of PBL combined with CBL is better than that of traditional teaching method.
