摘    要:目的探究右美托咪在临床麻醉和镇痛中的应用。方法研究对象为本院2018年1-2019年1期间医治的60名行手术治疗患者,经随机方式把这些患者均等分配至研究组、对照组,前者运用常规的方式麻醉,研究组运用右美托咪的方式麻醉。结果在恶心呕吐、食欲不振、心律不齐、血压不稳等症状发生例数上,相较对照组,研究组皆呈明显偏少表现(P <0.05);就术后1 w的疗效而言,相较对照组,研究组存在明显优势(P <0.05)。结论与常规麻醉方式相比,右美托咪在安全性、见效时间、治疗用时方面皆表现出优势,同时可使并发症发生率显著下降,在临床麻醉方面可获得满意效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia and analgesia.Methods A total of 60 patients requiring surgical treatment admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 patients in each group.The former was anesthetized by conventional methods,while the research group was anesthetized by dexmedetomidine Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting,unstable blood pressure,arrhythmia,loss of appetite and other adverse symptoms in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group one week after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional anesthesia,dexmedetomidine has the advantages of short treatment time,quick effect and high safety,and can greatly reduce the incidence of complications.Therefore,it has an ideal effect in the application of clinical anesthesia.
