摘    要:目的浅析在妇产科留学生的临床带教阶段采用病例学习法(CBL)与问题学习法(PBL)的实际教学价值。方法纳入本单位2018年1月-2019年12月间接收的妇产科留学生58例作为研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中29例为对照组,施行CBL教学;另29例为实验组,施行CBL+PBL教学。比较两组带教结束后的理论与实践考核评分及带教满意度差异。结果实验组理论考核得分、实践考核得分及带教满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在妇产科留学生的临床带教阶段结合CBL+PBL教学,可有效提升教学质量,带教满意度高,落实至临床教学工作中积极可行。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the applied value of casebased learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)in the clinical teaching stage of international students in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 58 students in obstetrics and gynecology from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly assigned to control group(n=29,CBL)and test group(n=29,CBL+PBL).Examination scores and learning satisfaction were appraised.Results The scores of theory knowledge,practical skills and learning satisfaction in the test group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching stage of international students in obstetrics and gynecology,CBL combined with PBL can effectively improve the quality of teaching,teaching satisfaction is high,and it is proven to be feasible.
