Efficacy of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in Severe Acute Renal Failure

Objective To explore and compare the clinical effect and value of continuous renal replacement therapy and intermittent hemodialysis in the treatment of severe acute renal failure.Methods 60 patients with severe acute renal failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2019 were selected as the observation objects of this study.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different treatment methods of patients.Thirty patients in each group,the control group was treated with intermittent hemodialysis,while patients with acute renal failure in the experimental group were given continuous renal replacement therapy.The treatment effects,biochemical indicators,and followup survival rates were compared between the two groups.Results After receiving continuous renal replacement therapy in the experimental group,the treatment effect was significantly better than that in the control group,and the biochemical indicators were more significantly improved.The survival rate at the follow-up after six months was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both continuous renal replacement therapy and intermittent hemodialysis can be used to treat severe acute renal failure.However,continuous renal replacement therapy is more effective and can significantly improve the renal function indicators of patients.The relative survival rate within half a year is relatively ideal,with high clinical application value.
