医学研究生心理健康干预体系的构建

文章针对医学研究生心理健康现状及影响因素,在大数据时代背景下,基于大量的文献资料,结合心理学、教育学的相关理论,提出构建行之有效的心理健康干预体系,包括完善高校心理健康教育、优化课程体系、心理咨询与疏导、加强素质教育、减轻经济负担、获取社会支持等方式,以期改善医学研究生的心理健康状况。文章根据医学研究生心理健康特点,结合哈尔滨医科大学的具体方法,从评估对象的确定、危机干预队伍建设、预警及干预体系建立等三个方面,构建了多层次研究生心理危机干预体系,并提出了危机干预体系组织实施的主要措施、赋予导师更多责任和加强研究生自我教育,达到缓解研究生心理压力,提高研究生心理素质的目的。构建合理的心理健康干预体系对医学研究生的心理健康具有积极的作用。

Construction of the Mental Health Intervention System for Medical Postgraduate Students

According to the current situation influencing factors of mental health,under the background of the big data era,based on a large number of literature and theories of psychology and pedagogy,this paper proposes to construct an effective psychological prevention and intervention system in order to improve the mental health of medical graduate students by perfecting mental health education,optimizing curriculum system,psychological counseling and guidance,strengthening the quality education of medical graduate students,reducing the economic burden of medical graduate students and establishing social support system.According to the characteristics of medical graduate students’mental health and the specific methods of Harbin Medical University,this paper constructs a multilevel psychological crisis intervention system for graduate students from three aspects,such as the identification of evaluation objects,the construction of crisis intervention team,the establishment of early warning and intervention system.and put forward the main measures to organize and implement the crisis intervention system,entrusting tutors with more responsibilities and strengthening graduate students'self-education to achieve the purpose of relieving the psychological pressure and improving the psychological quality of graduate students.The establishment of a rational mental health intervention system has a positive effect on the mental health of medical postgraduate students.
