Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of multidiscipline team(MDT)in the individualized training of oncology graduate students and establish an innovative model of graduate education.Methods 40 graduate students majoring in oncology were selected to compare MDT with traditional teaching methods.The differences between the two groups were compared by questionnaire survey and teaching effect evaluation.Results The results of theoretical knowledge examination,case analysis and clinical application examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in stimulating learning interest,improving comprehensive analysis and language expression ability,promoting the connection between theory and clinical practice,improving the ability of autonomous learning and problem-solving analysis(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in literature review ability between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups were willing to accept the new teaching method.Conclusion In the individualized training teaching of oncology major postgraduates,the introduction of MDT innovative teaching model can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of students,instill the concept of MDT into the major postgraduates,cultivate their ability to acquire new knowledge and effectively use knowledge,solve new problems and clinical thinking ability,and develop The potential of innovation can be a new direction of clinical teaching reform.
