甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗的护理观察

目的观察普外科手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的护理。方法回顾性选取2017年1月—2020年1月本院甲状腺肿瘤患者600例,依据方法分为围术期整体护理组(n=300)和普外科一般护理组(n=300)两组,统计分析两组患者的术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度、住院时间、死亡情况。结果围术期整体护理组患者中高热1例,呕吐2例,腹泻2例,术后并发症发生率为5.0%(15/300);普外科一般护理组患者中高热15例,呕吐23例,腹泻22例,术后并发症发生率为20.0%(60/300)。前者显著低于后者(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,围术期整体护理组为82.3%(247/300),普外科一般护理组为70.0%(210/300),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。围术期整体护理组患者的住院时间显著短于普外科一般护理组(P<0.05)。结论普外科手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的围术期整体护理效果较普外科一般护理好。

Nursing Observation on General Surgical Treatment of Thyroid Tumor

Objective To observe the nursing of thyroid tumor treated by general surgery.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,600 cases of patients with thyroid tumor in our hospital were selected retrospectively.According to the method,they were divided into two groups:perioperative holistic nursing group(n=300)and general nursing group of general surgery(n=300).The occurrences of postoperative complications,nursing satisfactions,lengths of stay and deaths of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There were 1 case of high fever,2 cases of vomiting,2 cases of diarrhea in the perioperative holistic nursing group,the incidence of postoperative complications was 5.0%(15/300);There were 15 cases of high fever,23 cases of vomiting,22 cases of diarrhea in the general nursing group,the incidence of postoperative complications was 20.0%(60/300).The former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the total perioperative nursing group was 82.3%(247/300),the general nursing group was 70.0%(210/300),the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The length of stay days in the perioperative holistic nursing group was significantly shorter than the general nursing group days(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative holistic nursing in general surgery is better than general nursing of general surgery.
