早期乳腺癌保乳手术临床治疗效果分析

目的探早期乳腺癌保乳手术临床治疗效果,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法以乳腺癌患者进行研究,共100例,其中50例是参照组,50例是研究组,研究时间是2013年5月—2019年5月,参照组应用改良根治术,给予研究组保乳术治疗,对比两组患者治疗情况、术后乳房美观、生活质量、远期疗效,进行统计学分析。结果研究组术中出血量、手术时间与住院时间优于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。对于术后乳房美观评分,研究组更优(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后生活质量均优于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组5年生存率、局部复发率、远处转移率与参照组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论乳腺癌患者实施保乳术治疗具有显著应用价值,值得应用于临床。

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Breast-conserving Surgery for Early Breast Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery in early breast cancer and provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer were studied,of which 50 were the reference group and 50 were the study group.The study period was from May 2013 to May 2019.The reference group was treated with modified radical mastectomy,and the breast preservation was given to the study group.The treatment conditions,postoperative breast beauty,quality of life and long-term efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The blood loss,operation time and discharge time in the study group were better than those in the reference group,P<0.05.For postoperative breast aesthetic score,the study group was better(P<0.05).After operation,the quality of life of the patients in the study group was better than that in the reference group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Compared with the reference group,the 5-year survival rate,local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate in the study group,P>0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Breastpreserving therapy in breast cancer patients has significant application value and is worthy of application in clinical practice.
