多源反馈防范口腔住院医师培训风险的研究

摘    要:目的探讨和分析多源反馈防范口腔住院医师培训风险效果。方法选取于2016年9月—2019年5月期间入住本院轮转的40例住培医师作为研究对象,采用随机法将40例规培生平均分为两组,研究组(n=20)与对照组(n=20),对照组20例规培生被给与常规培训,研究组20例规培生被给予多源反馈,对比研究组规培生与对照组规培生综合评分与风险意识评分。结果研究组病历书写、处方填写规范、操作技能、医患沟通能力、爱伤观念评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组规培生均具有较好综合能力。研究组规培生风险意识评分(89.62±3.47)分,高于对照组规培生(81.35±3.11)分(P<0.05)。结论在口腔住院医师风险培训中试施多源反馈效果比较显著,可以提高规培生风险意识,可以降低医患纠纷发生率,有助于提高医院整体水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze effect of multi-source feedback on preventing the risk of oral resident training.Methods 40 resident trainees who moved to our hospital from September 2016 to May 2019 were selected as research objects.40 regular trainees were averagely divided into two groups.20 regular trainees in control group were given regular training,20 regular trainees in study group were given multiple feedback,and the comprehensive evaluation of regular trainees in study group and control group was compared score and risk awareness score.Results There was significant difference between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The risk awareness score of study group(89.62±3.47)was higher than control group(81.35±3.11)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multi-source feedback in risk training of stomatologists is significant,which can improve the risk awareness of regular students,reduce doctor-patient disputes incidence,help to improve overall level of the hospital.
