Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with WeChat teaching in neurosurgery teaching.Methods 70 international students who were trained in neurosurgery in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation groups by class(35 cases,using the teaching method of PBL combined with WeChat)and Control group(35 cases,using traditional teaching method).Results Compare the two groups of students'assessment results after two teaching modes,including the theoretical assessment results and case analysis assessment results of the two groups of students.The theoretical assessment scores of the observation group students were higher than the control group.Compared with the control group,the assessment scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of PBL combined with WeChat teaching for international students who are trained in neurosurgery in our hospital can effectively improve students'academic performance,protect their learning effects,and enhance their interest in the subject specialty,so that students have stronger clinical diagnosis and treatment ability.
