闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

目的探究儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者运用闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗的临床价值。方法选取于2017年9月—2019年2月本院收治的儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者88例,随机分为观察组(闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗)和对照组(肘部内侧小切口切开复位克氏针内固定手术治疗)各44例。结果相比于对照组,观察组术中出血量(1.51±0.32)mL、手术时间(28.62±7.54)min、骨折愈合时间(4.05±1.20)周及住院时间(3.40±1.20)d均较小(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率(4.55%)较低(P<0.05)。结论儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者运用闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗后,能够有效减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间、骨折愈合时间和住院时间,同时可以降低并发症的发生,加快患者疾病恢复。

Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Kirschner Wire Fixation in the Treatment of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children

Objective To investigate the clinical value of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation in children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus.Methods Eighty-eight children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(closed reduction and percutaneous fixation with a Kirschner wire)and the control group(small inside elbow).Incisions and reductions were performed with Kirschner wire internal fixation(44 patients).Results Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss(1.51±0.32)mL,the operation time(28.62±7.54)min,the fracture healing time(4.05±1.20)weeks,and the hospital stay(3.40±1.20)days were lower(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications(4.55%)in the observation group was low(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,fracture healing time,and hospitalization time,and can reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate the disease restore.
