情景模拟教学法在骨科护理带教中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨情景模拟教学法在骨科护理带教的应用。方法纳入医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的80名在骨科进行临床护理教学的护理见习生,随机分组,40例作为观察组,40例采取传统的教学方法,作为对照组,对照组在带教过程中,走进骨科后,老师们介绍了骨科的环境和工作流程,并根据骨科实习要求进行一对一跟班教学。向学员传授专业知识和操作技能,实习期满后开展相关考核评估。比较效果,评价学生的学习成绩和能力,学习成绩每一项满分100分。学习能力每一项满分10分。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科护理临床带教中情景模拟教学法效果确切。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of situational simulation teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching.Methods Eighty nursing trainees in orthopaedics department from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and traditional teaching method(n=40).In the control group,in the process of teaching,after entering orthopaedics,the teachers introduced the environment and work flow of orthopaedics,and carried out one-to-one follow-up teaching according to the requirements of orthopaedics practice.Impart professional knowledge and operational skills to the students,and carry out relevant assessment after the expiration of the internship period.Compare the results,evaluate the students'academic achievement and ability,and get a full score of 100 for each item.A full score of 10 for each item of learning ability.Results All the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method is effective in orthopedic nursing clinical teaching.
