改变师生主从地位在临床护理带教中的应用

摘    要:目的分析改变师生主从地位在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法随机将医院2018年3月—2019年3月接收的90名实习护士分为两组,即对照组和改变师生主从地位组,各45名,对照组采取带教护师为主导的传统带教模式,改变师生主从地位组采取改变师生主从地位的带教模式,对比两组护理考核成绩、护理不良现象及护理纠纷的发生情况。结果改变师生主从地位组护理考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改变师生主从地位组护理不良现象、护理纠纷发生率为4.4%和2.2%,对照组护理不良现象、护理纠纷发生率为22.2%和15.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改变师生主从地位用于临床护理管理有助于提升护理教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of changing the master-slave status of teachers and students in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 90 interns from March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the change of teachers and students'master-slave status group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode dominated by teachers and nurses,the change of teachers and students'master-slave status group adopted the change of Teachers and students'master-slave status,and compared the nursing examination results,nursing adverse reactions and nursing disputes between the two groups Health situation.Results Compared with the control group,the results of nursing examination in the group of changing the status of teachers and students were better(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse reactions and nursing disputes was 4.4%and 2.2%in the change of master-slave status of teachers and students group,22.2%and 15.6%in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is helpful to improve the quality of nursing teaching to change the status of teachers and students in clinical nursing management.
