噻托溴铵联合用药治疗COPD稳定期的疗效

目的对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者采用噻托溴铵与布地奈德福莫特罗治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择2018年11月-2019年10月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者90例,将其作为研究对象,根据其入院日期对其予以分组,单号入院为A组,双号入院为B组,每组各有45例。采用奈德福莫特罗吸入治疗A组,在此基础上,联合应用噻托溴铵治疗B组,比较两组的疗效。结果 B组的总有效率明显高于A组(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗前的呼吸功能比较差异不显著(P> 0.05),治疗后,B组的呼吸功能明显优于A组(P <0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者治疗期间,采用噻托溴铵与布地奈德福莫特罗治疗可以起到很好的效果,能够明显改善患者的肺功能。

Efficacy of Tiotropium Bromide Combined Therapy for COPD Stable Period

Objective To explore the effects of tiotropium bromide and budesonide formoterol in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Ninety patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to their admission date.Single-number admission was group A,and double-number admission was group B,with 45 cases in each group.Nedformoterol inhalation was used to treat group A,and on this basis,tiotropium bromide was used to treat group B to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the respiratory function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the respiratory function of group B was significantly better than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the treatment of tiotropium bromide and budesonide formoterol can have a good effect and can significantly improve the lung function of the patients.
