外科单病种诊治中全科医师的外科素质培养

全科医学是一个综合性医学专业学科,近年来得到快速发展,但仍然面临重重困难,对全科医师的要求也越来越高;全科医师的外科素养是其综合化培训的一种重要方面,但由于目前的培养模式下,全科医师的实践机会少、教学模式单一、自身因素欠缺,导致其外科素养的培养缺乏实效性,最终导致岗位胜任能力不足。因此,合理改革全科医师的外科素养培训模式十分必要。我们探索了基于外科单病种诊治流程的外科素养培训模式,从外科单病种常见病的理论及技能操作、外科门诊教学、疑难病例讨论等模块化培训进一步改善和提升全科医师的外科岗位胜任能力。

Cultivation of the Surgical Literacy of a General Practitioner in Surgical Single Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Process

General medicine is a comprehensive medical specialty that has developed rapidly in recent years,but still faces many difficulties.The requirements for general practitioners are getting higher and higher.The surgical literacy of general practitioners is an important aspect of its comprehensive training.However,due to the current training mode,lacking of practical opportunities,singleness teaching mode,and lacking of their own factors lead to the lacking of practical results in the cultivation of surgical literacy,and ultimately lead to insufficient post competence.Therefore,it is necessary to rationally reform the training mode of surgical literacy for general practitioners.We have explored a surgical literacy training model basing on single disease diagnosis and treatment process including modular training from the theory and surgical operation of common diseases of a single disease in surgery,surgical clinic and discussion of intractable cases to improve and enhance the surgical position competence of general practitioners.
