| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value and effect of levocarnitine in the treatment of uremic hemodialysis.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,58 uremic patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the main body of this study.They were divided into control group(29 cases)receiving hemodialysis,observation group(29 cases)receiving hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine,and the therapeutic effect,serum nutritional index and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency(93.10%)and the incidence of adverse reactions(6.89%)of the observation group after treatment were insignificant compared with the results of the control group(86.21%,13.79%)(P>0.05);The serum nutritional indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the level of inflammatory factors was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion hemodialysis combined with levocarnitine is effective in the treatment of uremia. |
