案例教学法在神经内科护理带教中的应用效果研究

摘    要:目的案例教学法在神经内科护理带教中的应用。方法选择在医院实习的98名实习生进行调查与分析,此次调查时间为2018年5月—2019年5月。将实习生分为两组,每组有实习生49例。对照组采用常规带教方式,实验组采用了案例教学法方式,分析实验组和对照组实习生的最终带教结果。结果对照组实习生的职业心理素质得分、临床处置得分、临床教学得分、临床管理得分各指标均与实验组有差异,P<0.05;实验组的考核成绩得分高于对照组,数据对比有统计学差异,P<0.05;对照组带教方法满意度低于实验组,数据对比有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论在神经内科护理带教中,可采用案例教学法方式,应用效果理想,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective The application of case teaching method in neurology nursing teaching.Methods 98 interns in our hospital were selected for investigation and analysis.The investigation time was from May 2018 to May 2019.The interns were divided into 2 groups with 49 interns in each group.The control group used the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group used the case teaching method to analyze the final teaching results of the experimental group and the control group.Results The scores of professional psychological quality,clinical treatment,clinical teaching and clinical management of the control group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05);the scores of assessment in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching methods in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of neurology nursing,the case teaching method can be used,and the effect is ideal,which is worthy of clinical application.
