早期针灸康复治疗急性脑梗死后偏瘫的临床价值

目的研究分析早期针灸康复治疗急性脑梗死后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法分析我院于2018年10月—2019年10月收治的86例急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者的病历资料,随机地分为对照组和观察组,两组各有43例。对照组中的患者采用常规西药治疗及康复训练,观察组中的患者在对照组治疗基础上进行早期针灸治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗后的临床有效率,同时对比分析两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分及日常生活活动能力评分。结果(1)观察组患者治疗后的临床总有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组患者治疗后的临床总有效率(76.74%),两组间比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。(2)对比分析两组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分,观察组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分明显较优,两组间比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。(3)对比分析两组患者治疗后的日常活动生活能力评分,观察组患者治疗后的日常活动生活能力评分明显较优,两组间比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论早期针灸康复治疗急性脑梗死后偏瘫的临床疗效显著,改善患者神经功能缺损及日常活动生活能力,值得临床应用。

Clinical Value of Early Acupuncture Rehabilitation in Hemiplegia After Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of early acupuncture rehabilitation on hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods The medical records of 86 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and rehabilitation training,and the patients in the observation group were treated with early acupuncture on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficiency of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the neurological deficit score and activity of daily living score before and after treatment were compared.Results(1)The total clinical effective rate(93.02%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.74%).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The neurological deficit scores of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed.The neurological deficit scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly better,P<0.05,with statistical significance.(3)After the treatment,the scores of ADL in the observation group were significantly better than that in the observation group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of early acupuncture rehabilitation on hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction is significant,and it can improve the nerve function defect and the ability of daily activity and life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
