情景模拟演练教学法在呼吸内科临床护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的对情景模拟演练教学法在呼吸内科临床护理教学中的应用效果进行探讨。方法采集2016年1月—2017年12月医院呼吸内科护理实习学生200名,以随机法分为100名对照组(传统教学法)与100名研究组(情景模拟演练教学法)。比较不同教学方法实际教学效果的差异性。结果相较于对照组,研究组理论考核成绩与实操考核成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组各项教学指标完成率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理教学中,可通过情景模拟演练教学法取得显著教学效果,使护生考核成绩提高,达到明确教学指标。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of Scenario Simulation Drill teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods 200 interns of respiratory medicine nursing in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were collected and randomly divided into 100 control group(traditional teaching method)and 100 research group(scenario simulation drill teaching method).Compared the difference of actual teaching effect of different teaching methods.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical and practical examination scores of the research group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the completion rate of teaching indexes in the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing teaching,significant teaching effects can be achieved through Scenario Simulation Drill teaching method,which can improve the nursing students'assessment results and achieve clear teaching indicators.
