护理干预对高龄孕产妇妊娠与分娩的影响分析

目的分析高龄孕产妇妊娠与分娩受到护理干预的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2019年11月我院高龄孕产妇120例,依据护理干预方法分为常规护理干预组(n=60)和综合护理干预组(n=60)两组,统计分析两组孕产妇的产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿体质量、新生儿Apgar评分、并发症发生情况。结果综合护理干预组孕产妇的产程时间显著短于常规护理干预组(P<0.05),阴道分娩率显著高于常规护理干预组(P<0.05),剖宫产率显著低于常规护理干预组(P<0.05),新生儿体质量显著高于常规护理干预组(P<0.05),新生儿Apgar评分显著高于常规护理干预组(P<0.05)。在并发症发生率方面,综合护理干预组为18.3%(11/60),常规护理干预组为41.7%(25/60),前者显著低于后者(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预较常规护理干预更能有效改善高龄孕产妇妊娠结局。

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pregnancy and Delivery of Elderly Pregnant Women

Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the pregnancy and delivery of elderly pregnant women.Methods 120 cases of elderly pregnant women in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as objects.According to the nursing intervention methods,they were divided into two groups:routine nursing intervention group(n=60)and comprehensive nursing intervention group(n=60).The time of delivery,delivery modes,newborn weights,newborn Apgar scores and complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results In the comprehensive nursing intervention group,the delivery time of pregnant women was significantly shorter(P<0.05),the vaginal delivery rate was significantly higher(P<0.05),the cesarean section rate was significantly lower(P<0.05),the newborn weight was significantly higher(P<0.05),the newborn Apgar score was significantly higher than the routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05).In terms of incidence of complications,the comprehensive nursing intervention group was 18.3%(11/60),the routine nursing intervention group was 41.7%(25/60),the former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is more effective than routine nursing intervention in improving the pregnancy outcome of elderly pregnant women.
