分组护理管理在手术室护理管理中的应用

目的探究分组护理管理应用于手术室护理管理的效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月期间我院就职的28名护士作为参照组,选择2018年5年-2019年5月期间我院就职的28名护士作为管理组。对比两组手术室不良事件发生情况以及护理质量。结果管理组不良事件的总发生率0明显低于参照组21.43%(P<0.05)。管理组护理质量等总评分(42.20±1.10)分明显高与参照组(37.20±1.02)分(P <0.05)。结论分组护理管理可明显减少手术不良事件并提高手术室护理质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Application of Group Nursing Management in Operating Room Nursing Management

Objective To explore the effect of group nursing management on nursing management in operating room.Methods The 28 nurses employed in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the reference group,and the 28 nurses employed in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the management group.The incidence of adverse events in the operating room and the quality of care were compared between the two groups.Results The overall incidence of adverse events in the management group was 0,which was significantly lower than the reference group 21.43%(P<0.05).The overall score of nursing quality(42.20±1.10)in the management group was significantly higher than the reference group(37.20±1.02)(P<0.05).Conclusion Group nursing management can significantly reduce adverse events and improve the quality of nursing care in the operating room,which has certain clinical application value.
