鼻内镜低温等离子消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎

目的探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的210例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,随机分组,观察组105例(采用鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗),对照组105例(采用传统的鼻甲部分切除术治疗),比较两组疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异显示统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻塞症状消失、鼻腔通气改善及下鼻甲缩小时间均短于对照组差异均显示统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎相较于传统的鼻甲部分切除术显示出更好的治疗效果。

Endoscopic Hypothermia Plasma Ablation for Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low-temperature plasma ablation under nasal endoscopy for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods Will our hospital 210 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,randomized,observation group 105 cases(in nasal endoscopic plasma radiofrequency treatment at low temperature),control group 105 cases(the traditional turbinate resection treatment),compared two groups of curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group blocked nose symptoms disappear,nasal ventilation and inferior turbinate narrowing the difference of time is shorter than the control group showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional partial turbinectomy,endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation is more effective in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
