The Effect of Multidisciplinary Continuous Nursing Model for Patients With Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary cooperation continuation care on the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 74 patients planned for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital from March 2017-February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care after the operation,and the study group was given multidisciplinary cooperation on the basis of routine care.The differences in medication compliance(MMAS scale),quality of life(GQOL-74),negative emotions(SAS and SDS scale)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the GQOL-74 score and immunosuppressant medication compliance of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scale scores were significantly lower than those of the control group;nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary cooperation and continuation of nursing care model can help improve the compliance of immunosuppressive drugs and nursing satisfaction of patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and it has important value in improving the quality of life and negative emotions of patients after surgery.
