情境体验教学在临床急重症护理带教中的运用

摘    要:目的分析情境体验教学在临床急重症护理带教中的运用效果。方法以2017年7月-2019年7月在我院实习的60名临床急重症护理实习生作为本次研究对象,通过双盲选法将60名护理实习生随机分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),对照组护理实习生的带教模式为传统护理带教,研究组护理实习生的带教模式为情境体验教学,比较两组护理实习生带教结束后的理论知识考核成绩、实操技能考核成绩以及护理能力评分差异。结果在理论知识考核成绩方面,对照组最终成绩明显低于研究组(P <0.05),在实操技能考核成绩方面,对照组最终成绩明显低于研究组(P <0.05)。在急救处置能力评分方面、护患沟通能力评分方面以及组织协调能力评分方面,对照组评分均明显低于研究组(P <0.05)。结论将情境体验教学模式应用于临床急重症护理带教中,不仅能够有效提高临床带教质量,同时还有利于进一步提升护理实习生的急救护理能力,具有良好的临床带教应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of situational experience teaching in clinical critical care teaching.Methods Taking 60 clinical intensive care nursing interns who were interned in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 as the research objects,60 nursing interns were randomly divided into a control group by doubleblind selection(n=30)and the study group(n=30),the teaching mode of the nursing intern in the control group was traditional nursing teaching,the teaching mode of the nursing intern in the research group was situational experience teaching,and the differences in knowledge assessment scores,practical skills assessment scores,and nursing ability scores of the two groups of nursing interns were compared.Results In terms of theoretical knowledge assessment results,the final score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the research group(P<0.05),and in terms of practical skills assessment scores,the final score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the research group(P<0.05).In terms of emergency treatment ability score,nurse-patient communication ability score,and organization coordination ability score,the scores of control group were significantly lower than the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the situational experience teaching model to clinical acute and intensive care teaching can not only effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching,but also help to further improve the firstaid nursing ability of nursing interns,and has good clinical teaching application value.
