CBL结合雨课堂在消化内科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探究CBL结合雨课堂教学在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果和体会。方法选取2019年9—12月60例消化内科实习学生,随机分为采取传统讲授式教学法的对照组和采取CBL结合雨课堂教学法的实验组,每组各30名实习生。比较两组实习生在基础理论、技能操作、病历书写、学习兴趣和对带教满意度方面有无差异。结果实验组在基础知识题得分、临床案例分析题得分、技能操作考核得分、临床病历书写考核得分、学习兴趣和对带教满意度方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合雨课堂教学法可以更好的帮助学生夯实理论基础,提高实践操作能力,拓展临床思维能力,增强自主学习能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect and experience of CBL combined with rain classroom teaching mode in clinical teaching of gastroenterology department.Methods 60 students were selected to practice in the department of gastroenterology from September to December 2019,and were divided into a control group(30 students)and an experimental group(30 students)randomly.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was given CBL combined with rain classroom teaching method.The differences in theory,skills,clinical medical record writing ability,learning interest and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was higher than the control group in basic knowledge questions,clinical case analysis questions,skill operation assessment scores,clinical record writing assessment scores,learning interest and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with rain classroom can consolidate theoretical knowledge of students,improve practical operation ability of students,cultivate clinical thinking ability of students and exercise their autonomous learning ability.
