米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效

目的分析米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床效果及不良反应。方法研究本院2017年9月—2019年9月收治的84例异位妊娠患者,随机分组(每组42例),参照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,试验组给予米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对比两组治愈率、包块直径、血β-hCG、血β-hCG复常时间、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治愈率(97.62%)显著比参照组(66.67%)高,试验组治疗2疗程后包块直径、血β-hCG均显著比参照组低,试验组血β-hCG复常时间显著比参照组短,P<0.05(差异均具有统计学意义)。试验组不良反应发生率(7.14%)与参照组(4.76%)比较,P>0.05。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤可显著提高异位妊娠治愈率,促进血β-hCG复常,且联合用药并未增加不良反应。

Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined With Methotrexate in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To analyze the clinical effects and adverse reactions of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 84 ectopic pregnant patients admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into groups(42 cases per group),the reference group was treated with methotrexate,and the experimental group was given mifepristone combined with methotrexate treatment,comparison of cure rate,mass diameter,blood β-hCG,blood β-hCG normalization time,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The cure rate in the experimental group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that in the reference group(66.67%).After 2 courses of treatment in the experimental group,the diameter and blood β-hCG of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the recovery time of serum β-hCG in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the reference group,P<0.05(all differences were statistically significant).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(7.14%)was compared with the reference group(4.76%),P>0.05.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate can significantly improve the cure rate of ectopic pregnancy and promote the normalization of blood β-hCG,and the combined use does not increase adverse reactions.
