目标管理教学法在妇产科临床护理带教中的效果

目的探讨目标管理教学法在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法选取2019年我科妇产科新入职护士20名进行妇产科临床护理教学,按照不同教学方法分为两组,传统教学法组采取传统的教学模式,目标管理教学法组采取目标管理教学法,比较两组妇产科新入职护士妇产科临床护理理论知识、妇产科临床护理技能知识的考核成绩,并通过问卷调查评价各组妇产科新入职护士对教学效果的满意情况。结果目标管理教学法组妇产科临床护理理论知识、妇产科临床护理技能知识的考核成绩高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。目标管理教学法组对教学效果的满意度高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。结论应用目标管理教学法进行妇产科临床护理教学可取得较好效果。

Effect of Target Management Teaching Method in Clinical Nursing Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective To explore the application value of objective management teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods In 2019,20 new nurses of gynecology and obstetrics were selected for clinical nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into two groups.The traditional teaching method group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the objective management teaching method group adopted the objective management teaching method.The two groups were compared in terms of the theoretical knowledge of gynecology and obstetrics clinical nursing and the knowledge of gynecology and obstetrics clinical nursing skills Results,and through the questionnaire survey to evaluate the new nurses’satisfaction with the teaching effect.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method group,the scores of clinical nursing theory knowledge and clinical nursing skill knowledge in the objective management teaching method group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional teaching method group,the satisfaction degree of objective management teaching method group is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of objective management teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of gynecology and obstetrics can achieve better results.
