Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of individualized teaching on the learning skills and attitude of new entry nurses.Methods 20 new nurses in emergency department of our department in 2019 were selected for clinical nursing teaching in emergency department.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into two groups.The conventional teaching method group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the individualized teaching mode group adopted the individualized teaching mode.The mastery and learning attitude scores of learning skills of the two groups were compared and evaluated through questionnaire survey.The satisfaction of the new nurses in each group to the teaching effect was compared.Results The scores of mastery of learning skills and learning attitude in the model group were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching method group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of individualized teaching mode group was higher than that of conventional teaching method group.Conclusion The application of individualized teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of emergency department can achieve better results.
