护理干预对早期先兆流产孕妇妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨早期先兆流产孕妇妊娠结局受到护理干预的影响。方法回顾性选取2016年11月—2019年11月我院早期先兆流产孕妇150例,依据护理方法分为常规护理组(n=75)和护理干预组(n=75)两组,统计分析两组孕妇的临床表现、妊娠结局。结果护理干预组孕妇的恐惧、忧伤、焦虑、紧张、睡眠差发生率均显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),流产率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),保胎成功率显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),自然分娩率显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),剖宫产率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预较常规护理更能有效改善早期先兆流产孕妇妊娠结局。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women With Early Threatened Abortion

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome of Early Threatened Abortion pregnant women.Methods From November 2016 to November 2019,150 cases of pregnant women with early threatened abortion in our hospital were retrospectively selected.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:routine nursing group(n=75)and nursing intervention group(n=75).The clinical manifestations and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of fear,sadness,anxiety,tension and poor sleep in the nursing intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05),the abortion rate was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05),the success rate of fetal protection was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05),the natural delivery rate was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05),and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,nursing intervention can more effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of early threatened abortion.
