临床实习阶段教学改革模式的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨一种新的教学模式对五年制本科临床医学实习生在实习阶段中的效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年4月进入河南大学第一附属医院实习学生100人,随机分成两组:传统教学模式组(C组)采用传统的岗前说教,传统的带教模式及对学生统一的管理模式;教学改革模式组(T组)采用岗前培训课程模式,带教导师责任制及对学生需求进行分类管理。比较两组临床实习生理论和技能总成绩,并对学生实习满意度、带教导师对学生满意度及考研成功率进行分析。结果教改组学生实习满意度及带教导师对学生满意度均较高(P<0.05);教改组理论成绩和技能成绩及考研成功率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论这种新的教学模式提高了临床实习生的实习质量及考研成功率并促进了教学质量的提高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of a new teaching model on five-year undergraduate clinical medical interns in the internship stage.Methods From June 2018 to April 2019,100 intern students enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University were randomly divided into two groups:the traditional teaching model group(C group)adopts traditional pre-post preaching,the traditional teaching model and a unified management model for students;the teaching reform model group(T group)adopts the pre-post training curriculum model,with a teacher responsibility system and Classify management of student needs.Compared the total theoretical and skill scores of the two groups of clinical interns,and analyzed the student internship satisfaction,and the teacher's satisfaction with the students and the success rate of the entrance examination.Results The educational reform group's student internship satisfaction and the teacher's satisfaction with the student are higher(P<0.05);the theoretical and technical achievements of the educational reform group and the success rate of the entrance examination were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion This new teaching model improved the quality of clinical internship and the success rate of postgraduate entrance examination,and promotes the improvement of teaching quality.
