比较改良根治术和保乳根治术治疗乳腺癌的效果

目的比较改良根治术与保乳根治术在乳腺癌患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2017年4月—2020年1月医院收治的133例乳腺癌患者,依据随机数字表法,分为试验组67例、对照组66例,试验组予以保乳根治术治疗、对照组予以改良根治术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后住院时间等手术相关指标与对照组比较差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗优良率为94.03%、对照组治疗优良率为80.30%,试验组治疗优良率显著高于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为5.97%、对照组并发症发生率为21.21%,试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者予以保乳根治术治疗,能有效减少术中出血量,缩小切口长度、提升治疗优良率,减少术后并发症发生,促使患者更快恢复健康。

Comparation on the Effect of Improved Radical Mastectomy and Breast-conserving Radical Mastectomy in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

Objective To compare the curative effect of improved radical mastectomy and breast-conserving radical mastectomy in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 133 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group 67 and control group 66 according to the random number table method.The group was treated with modified radical mastectomy,and the treatment effect was observed.Results There were statistically significant differences between the surgical group and the control group in terms of surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,and postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05);the excellent and good treatment rate in the experimental group was 94.03%,and the control group was treated with the excellent and good rate was 80.30%.The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,reduce the length of incisions,improve the rate of excellent treatment,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote faster recovery of patients'health.
