Applied Study of Colposcopy-directed Multi-point Biopsy Combined With Endocervical Curettage During LEEP for CIN Patients

Objective To study the applied effects of colposcopy-directed multi-point biopsy combined with endocervical curettage during LEEP(loop electro-surgical excisional procedure)for CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia)patients.Methods Through thin-cytologic test(TCT),96 abnormal patients checked from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected.All of patients received the colposcopy-directed multi-point biopsy and endocervical curettage.Through colposcopy,78 CIN patients received LEEP and pathologic examination.Treatment results were probed.Results Diagnosis rate of CIN types based on colposcopy and pathological examination was not significantly different(P>0.05);78 CIN patients successfully completed LEEP;operation time was in the range of 10~30 min,with an average value of(18.16±5.86)min;intraoperative bleeding volume was in the range of 10~50 mL,with an average value of(21.58±5.17)mL.There were 77 cured cases(98.72%).Neoplasia was not resected for one case(1.28%).3 recurrent cases(3.85%)and 2 complication cases were occurred(2.56%).The serum IL-6 level after operation was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The colposcopy-directed multi-point biopsy combined with endocervical curettage is important to ensure the smooth operation and increase the surgical effects during LEEP for CIN patients.
