心理护理对老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响

目的探究心理护理对老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法从医院2018年2月—2020年2月收治的老年高血压患者中选取88例作为本次研究对象,采用双盲法将患者分为两组,每组44例;采用常规护理的为对照组,在对照组的基础上增加心理护理的为观察组,对比两组的血压控制效果、用药依从性。结果对照组用药依从性评分为(7.25±0.62)分,观察组为(12.27±1.25)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组舒张压和收缩压明显更低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够有效改善老年高血压患者的用药依从性,有助于提高临床治疗效果。

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Medication Compliance of Elderly Patients With Hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods From the elderly hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to September 2020,88 patients were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into two groups by double-blind method,there were 44 cases in each group and the routine care was used as the control group.On the basis of the group,psychological care was added to the observation group,and the blood pressure control effect and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The medication compliance score of the control group was(7.25±0.62),and the observation group was(12.27±1.25).The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were obvious Lower,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients and help to improve the clinical treatment effect.
