Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention on Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To study the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in unstable angina pectoris.Methods From June 2016 to December 2019,108 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods.The control group(n=54)was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(n=54)was strengthened with routine nursing intervention and predictive nursing intervention.The application effect of the two groups of nursing methods was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(98.15%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.63%)(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of stable angina pectoris,disease awareness,angina pectoris attack and physical activity limitation between the two groups after nursing(P<0.05).The stable state of angina pectoris,disease awareness,angina pectoris attack and physical activity limitation score of the observation group were statistically significant differences compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(100%)was statistically significant differences compared with that of the control group(85.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention is an excellent nursing method for unstable angina pectoris,which has high clinical value.
