我国医学生职业防护研究现状及热点可视化分析

目的通过对我国医学生职业防护相关文献进行计量分析,了解国内关于医学生的职业防护的研究前景及热点,以为医学生的职业防护教育改进措施提供理论依据。方法以"医学生、护理学生、护生、职业防护"为检索词,检索中国知网数据库中的相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析,通过对生成的网络图来评估和分析医学生的职业防护在发表年份、作者及机构分布、来源期刊、关键词等指标中的特征。结果共纳入发表医学生职业防护相关文献937篇,年度发表数量呈波动状态,近几年发表量有下降的趋势;分布在30余种期刊上,分布较为分散;湖南省和河南省是我国医学生职业防护研究的主要贡献者;主要的热点话题包括实习护生、职业防护教育、职业暴露。结论近年来对于医学生职业防护研究不足,相关医学院校及临床教学医院应给予高度重视。

Research Status and Hot Spot Visualization Analysis of Occupational Protection for Medical Students in China

Objective To understand the research prospects and hot spots of occupational protection for medical students in China,and to provide theoretical basis for the improvement of occupational protection education for medical students.Methods"Medical students,nursing students,nursing students and occupational protection"were used as the key words to search the related literature in the database of CNKI,and the biometric analysis was carried out with CiteSpace software,the network graph was used to evaluate and analyze the characteristics of occupational protection of medical students in the year of publication,distribution of authors and institutions,source journals,keywords and so on.Results There were 937 articles about occupational protection of medical students published in recent years,the number of articles published fluctuated,the number of articles published in recent years had a downward trend,distributed in more than 30 journals,the distribution was more scattered;Hunan province and Henan province were the main contributors to the study of occupational protection for medical students in China,and the main hot topics included student nurses,occupational protection education and occupational exposure.Conclusion In recent years,the lack of research on occupational protection for medical students should be paid more attention to by relevant medical colleges and clinical teaching hospitals.
