摘    要:目的探究CBL、PBL联合Paper Review教学模式在住院医师规范化培训胸外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取胸外科2018年12月—2019年12月接受的48名规培生作为研究对象,在临床教学中均实施住院医师规范化培训。根据教学模式的选择,将全部规培生分为传统组和新型组各24名。传统组采用传统教学模式,新型组采用CBL、PBL联合Paper Review教学模式,比较两组实习结束时的考核成绩,调查规培生对相应教学模式的认可情况。结果新型组理论基础考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩和病例分析考核成绩均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在提高综合分析能力、增强临床思维能力、激发学习兴趣、提升临床工作能力等调查方面,新型组持认可的比例均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL、PBL联合Paper Review教学模式的应用,能够提升住院医师规范化培训胸外科临床教学的效果,增强规培生的综合素质和能力,值得应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of CBL and PBL combined Paper Review teaching model in clinical teaching of standardized training of thoracic surgery for resident physicians.Methods Forty-eight resident physicians accepted in our hospital's department of thoracic surgery from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and standardized training of residents was implemented in clinical teaching.According to the choice of teaching mode,all the regular students were divided into a traditional group and a new group of 24 students.The traditional group used the traditional teaching mode,and the new group used the CBL and PBL combined Paper Review teaching mode.The assessment results at the end of the training were compared between the two groups,and the students'recognition of the corresponding teaching mode was investigated.Results The scores of theoretical basis assessment,skill operation assessment and case analysis of the new group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of improving the comprehensive analysis ability,enhancing clinical thinking ability,stimulating learning interest,and improving clinical work ability,the proportion of the new group holding recognition was higher than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL and PBL combined with Paper Review teaching mode can improve the effect of standardized training in thoracic surgery for residents,and enhance the comprehensive quality and ability of pediatric students.It is worth applying.
