拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸治疗癫痫的疗效观察

目的探讨丙戊酸联合拉莫三嗪治疗癫痫的效果,以期增强临床疗效。方法将本院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的92例癫痫患者分为两组,每组46例。对照组给予丙戍酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予拉莫三嗪治疗。比较两组总有效率、炎性因子水平等指标。结果(1)治疗后,观察组总有效率、生活质量(QOLIE-31)评分、MMSE评分、血脂指标以及炎性因子水平等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组不良反应情况与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论丙戍酸联合拉莫三嗪的效果明显,精神症状得到缓解,预后结局显著改善,且病情恢复快。

Therapeutic Effect of Lamotrigine Combined With Valproic Acid on Epilepsy

Objective To investigate the effect of valproic acid combined with lamotrigine on epilepsy in order to enhance clinical efficacy.Methods 92 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,46 in each group.The control group was treated with propionate,and the observation group was given lamotrigine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were compared.Results(1)After treatment,the total effective rate,quality of life(QOLIE-31)score,MMSE score,blood lipid index,inflammatory factor level,number of seizures and duration of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of propylate combined with lamotrigine is obvious,the psychiatric symptoms are alleviated,the prognostic outcome is significantly improved,and the illness recovers quickly.
