Application Analysis of Comprehensive Quantitative Management Model of Nursing Safety

Objective To explore and analyze the effect and value of the comprehensive quantitative management model of nursing safety in nursing management.Methods 180 cases of nursing staff in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the observation objects of this study.All the nursing staff were divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group by random grouping.With 90 cases in each group,the nursing staff in the control group performed routine nursing management work.Based on this,the nursing staff in the experimental group implemented a comprehensive quantitative management model of nursing safety,and compared the nursing effects,management scores,and satisfaction of patients and their families with the nursing staff in the two groups.Results After implementing the comprehensive safety management mode in the experimental group,the nursing effect was significantly better,the management score was better,and the satisfaction of patients and their families was higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive and quantified management mode of nursing safety in nursing management has a significant effect.It can improve the quality of nursing staff’s nursing work,increase the satisfaction degree of patients and their families to the nursing work in the hospital,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and be beneficial to doctors and patients.
