摘    要:目的探讨辅以微信平台的PBL教学法在消化内科实习中的应用效果。方法选择医院消化内科2018年9月—2019年7月接收的实习生40名为对象,随机数字表法将实习生分成参照组(n=20)和实验组(n=20)。参照组用传统模式带教,实验组用辅以微信平台的PBL教学法带教。评估两组实习生的学习态度和组织纪律、人际关系以及工作态度、临床技能、学习积极性与团队协作性、自主案例分析能力、医患沟通及病历书写合理性,比较两组实习生的综合能力评分等。结果(1)实验组实习生的综合能力评分高于参照组,P<0.05。(2)实验组实习生的学习成绩高于参照组,P<0.05。(3)实验组实习生对教学模式的满意度100.0%高于参照组70.0%,P<0.05。结论辅以微信平台的PBL教学法在消化内科实习中的应用效果显著,能提高实习生的综合能力与职业素养,对实习生的自主学习和团队协作能力具有显著的提高作用,并能提高实习生的学习效果及其对教学模式的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method supplemented by WeChat platform in practice of digestive medicine.Methods 40 interns from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected,The interns were divided into reference group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20).The reference group uses the traditional model to teach,Experimental group with WeChat platform with PBL teaching method.Assessment of learning attitude and organizational discipline,interpersonal relationships and work attitude,clinical skills,learning motivation and teamwork,autonomous case analysis,doctor-patient communication and illness calendar writing rationality,compare the two groups of interns comprehensive ability score and so on.Results(1)The comprehensive ability score of the interns in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.(2)The academic achievement of the interns in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.(3)The satisfaction rate of the interns in the experimental group was 100.0%,higher than that in the reference group 70.0%,P<0.05.Conclusion The PBL teaching method supplemented by WeChat platform has a remarkable effect in the practice of digestive medicine,which can improve the comprehensive ability and professional accomplishment of interns,and can significantly improve the ability of independent learning and teamwork of interns,and it can improve the learning effect of interns and their satisfaction with teaching mode.
