舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用探讨

目的评价骨科股骨颈骨折护理中应用舒适护理干预的预后效果,以提高骨科护理质量。方法选择我院2018年7月-2019年10月收治的100例股骨颈骨折患者,治疗的同时进行护理随机分组(对照组与舒适组)。对照组50例股骨颈骨折患者接受常规护理,舒适组50例股骨颈骨折患者配合舒适护理干预,比较两组股骨颈骨折患者的组间护理效果(运动功能、生活质量、日常活动能力评分以及护理满意度、依从率、舒适度)。结果舒适组股骨颈骨折患者运动功能、生活质量以及日常生活能力评分均明显高于对照组,且护理满意度、依从率、舒适度均明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结论股骨颈骨折患者治疗期间落实舒适护理干预可以在提高患者满意度、依从率的基础上进一步提升患者的康复效果。

Application of Comfortable Nursing in the Nursing of Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To evaluate the prognosis effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of femoral neck fracture in orthopedic department,so as to improve the quality of nursing in orthopedic department.Methods From July 2018 to October 2019,100 cases of femoral neck fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and comfortable group.50 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 50 patients in the comfort group received comfort nursing intervention.The nursing effects(motor function,quality of life,daily activity ability score,nursing satisfaction,compliance rate and comfort)between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of motor function,quality of life and ability of daily life in comfort group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the nursing satisfaction,compliance rate and comfort degree were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention during the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture can further improve the rehabilitation effect on the basis of improving patients'satisfaction and compliance rate.
