摘    要:目的探讨内固定加微创植骨融合术在青壮年胸腰椎骨折中的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月期间91例胸腰椎骨折患者,用双色球法,划分A组(45例,内固定)和B组(46例,内固定+微创植骨),比较两组椎体前缘高度、Cobb角、Oswestry评分。结果治疗后,B组椎体前缘高度大于A组;B组Cobb角小于A组;B组Oswestry评分低于A组,两组之间数据比较差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论应用内固定加微创植骨融合术治疗青壮年胸腰椎骨折,对患者的胸腰椎功能恢复非常有帮助,既能够矫正后凸畸形,还有利于促进骨性融合,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation and minimally invasive fusion in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in young adults.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,91 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were selected and divided into group A(45 cases,internal fixation)and group B(46 cases,internal fixation+minimally invasive bone grafting)by double color ball method.The height of anterior edge of vertebral body,Cobb angle and Oswestry score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the height of anterior edge of vertebral body in group B was higher than that in group A;the Cobb angle in group B was lower than that in group A;the Oswestry score in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of internal fixation and minimally invasive bone graft fusion in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures in young adults is very helpful for the recovery of thoracolumbar function.It can not only correct kyphosis,but also promote bone fusion,which is worthy of clinical application.
