全程连续性助产护理对剖宫产术后再次妊娠的效果

目的探究全程连续性助产护理对剖宫产术后再次妊娠的效果。方法剖宫产术后再次妊娠产妇作为本次研究对象,共100例,根据其入院顺序对其进行分组,其中包括观察组50例、对照组50例,观察组应用全程连续性助产护理、对照组应用常规护理,将两组分娩结局、产程时间、护理满意度进行对比。结果观察组治疗后分娩结局(阴道自然分娩48例,所占比96.00%;剖宫产分娩2例,所占比4.00%;阴道助产0例,所占比0%)与对照组(阴道自然分娩35例,所占比70.00%;剖宫产分娩10例,所占比20.00%;阴道助产5例,所占比10.00%)相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产程时间、护理满意度与对照组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论全程连续性助产护理对剖宫产术后再次妊娠分娩结局具有明显改善作用,同时能够提高护理质量。

Effect of Continuous Midwifery Nursing on the Second Pregnancy After Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the effect of continuous midwifery nursing on pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods 100 pregnant women after cesarean section were divided into two groups according to their admission order,including 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with continuous midwifery nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Results After treatment,the delivery outcomes of the observation group(48 cases of vaginal natural delivery,accounting for 96.00%;2 cases of cesarean section,accounting for 4.00%;0 case of vaginal midwifery,accounting for 0%)and the control group(35 cases of vaginal natural delivery,accounting for 70.00%;10 cases of cesarean section,accounting for 20.00%;5 cases of vaginal midwifery,accounting for 10.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in labor time and nursing satisfaction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process continuous midwifery nursing can significantly improve the outcome of pregnancy and delivery after cesarean section,and improve the quality of nursing.
