Effect of Sufentanil on Pain of Parturients Undergoing Intraspinal Labor Analgesia

Objective To explore the effect of sufentanil on pain of parturients undergoing intraspinal labor analgesia.Method 80 full-term pregnant women who underwent intraspinal delivery analgesia from May 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The observation group was received sufentanil+ropivacaine,the control group was received ropivacaine alone.The pain score,the first stage of labor and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.The changes of pain medium in the two groups were counted.The Ramsay score of sedation during intraspinal labor analgesia was compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the time of the first stage of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the level of SP and NPY in pain medium of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the sedation Ramsay score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)at the end of 2 hours of labor analgesia and the first stage of labor.Conclusion Combined application of sufentanil for intraspinal delivery analgesia for vaginal delivery can effectively reduce the level of body pain medium,relieve delivery pain,shorten the stage of labor,and have certain sedative effect.
