微课在麻醉学理论教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨以微课为载体移动学习教学模式在临床专业本科生临床麻醉理论教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年1月哈尔滨医科大学2015级本科临床专业学生158人,随机分为微课组(79例)和传统组(79例),微课组采用微课辅助教学模式,传统组采用传统教学模式,通过考核微课组和传统组学生的理论考核成绩及调查学生对课堂效果的评价,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果微课组学生的理论考核成绩优于传统组,微课组调查学生问卷的满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以微课为载体移动学习教学模式在临床专业本科生临床麻醉理论教学中的应用提高了学生自主学习的积极性,微课的学习方式增加了学生的学习自由度,提高了教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of application of mobile teaching mode based on microlecture in anesthesiology theoretical teaching in clinical undergraduates.Methods From November 2018 to January 2019,158 clinical undetgraduates of Herbin Medical University were randomized into microlecture groups(n=79)and traditional groups(n=79).The microlecture group was trained with microlecture assistant teaching mode,while the traditional group was trained with traditional lecture-based learning.The theories assessment were investigated after class.The comments from the students were also evaluated.Results The microlecture group students had higher scores in theories examination compared with the traditional group.The comments were also better in microlecture group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mobile teaching mode based on microlecture in anesthesiology theoretical teaching in clinical undergraduates plays a positive role in students’self-study,which improved the theories scores,increased the learning freedom of students and improved the teaching quality.
