PBL教学法在耳鼻喉科护生带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学模式在耳鼻喉科实习护生临床带教中的具体应用和效果。方法择取医院在2018年1月—2020年1月耳鼻喉科接收的实习护生80名作为研究对象,按照盲选法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组有40名。对照组护生采取传统带教干预,观察组护生采取以问题为基础的教学模式干预。对两组护生干预后的理论知识与专业技能掌握状况进行评估,且统计护生对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组实习护生的理论知识与专业技能掌握度明显优于对照组,且观察组护生对教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科实习护生临床带教中,采取以问题为基础的教学模式,能够保证教学质量与教学满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the specific application and effect of problem-based teaching mode in clinical teaching of practical nursing students in otorhinolaryngology.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,80 nursing students were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The nursing students in the control group took the traditional teaching intervention,and the nursing students in the observation group took the problem-based teaching mode intervention.To evaluate the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of the two groups of nursing students after intervention,and to count the satisfaction of nursing students to the teaching mode.Results The mastery of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of nursing students in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of otolaryngology practice nursing students,the problembased teaching mode can ensure the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
