雾化吸入治疗急性发作儿童哮喘的效果观察

摘    要:目的探究急性发作儿童哮喘采用布地奈德、特布他林和异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法从2018年1月—2020年3月本院收治的急性发作哮喘患儿中选择100例作为试验对象,按照双盲法分组标准分成两组,对照组(n=50)用布地奈德+特布他林治疗,治疗组(n=50)在对照组治疗前提下加用异丙托溴铵。对比两组整体疗效。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组相比差无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床症状持续时间、住院时间短于对照组,心率与呼吸频率低于对照组,免疫功能指标好于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未出现明显副作用。结论急性发作哮喘患儿联合采用布地奈德、布特他林及异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗效果同样非常明显,患儿住院时间明显缩短,各指标也明显得到改善。

Observation on the Effect of Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Asthma in Children

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide,terbutaline and ipratropium bromide combined with aerosol inhalation in children with acute asthma.Methods From January 2018 to March 2020,100 children with acute asthma in our hospital were selected as subjects,and divided into two groups according to the double-blind grouping standard.The control group(n=50)was treated with budesonide+terbutaline,and the treatment group(n=50)was treated with ipratropium bromide under the premise of the control group.The overall effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the duration of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group,the heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than that of the control group,the immune function index was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute asthmatic children combined with budesonide,butertalin and ipratropium bromide nebulized inhalation treatment are also very effective,the hospitalization time of children has been significantly shortened,and the indicators have also been significantly improved.
