| 摘 要： | 目的旨在探讨智慧病历系统应用于妇产科临床医师住院医师规范化培训的效果以及意义。方法将智慧病历系统应用于妇产科临床医师住院医师规范化培训过程中,观察住培学员在使用智慧病历系统过程中的优缺点。结果利用医院现代化的智慧病历系统对住培学员进行培训,能够最大程度地发挥住培学员的主观能动性以及他们的潜力,有效节约住培学员的宝贵时间,提高学习效率,能够更有效提高住院医师规范化培训的效果,也能够更适应当前教学发展的趋势,更为医学人才的培养提供了一种新的模式。结论将智慧病历系统应用于妇产科临床医师住院医师规范化培训过程的这种新模式值得我们进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and significance of the application of intelligent medical record system in standardized training of gynecology and obstetrics clinicians.Methods The advantages and disadvantages of using the intelligent medical record system were observed in the standardized training of obstetricians and gynecologists.Results Using the modern medical intelligent medical record system to train the obstetricians and gynecologists,it can effectively save the valuable time of the residents,improve the learning efficiency,which can effectively improve the effect of standardized training for resident trainee.It was more suitable for the current trend of teaching development,and also can provide a new model for the cultivation of medical talents.Conclusion The application of intelligent medical record system in standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology clinicians is worthy of further study. |
