摘    要:目的探索案例教学法在血胸临床见习教学中的运用价值。方法将2019年在本院胸外科临床见习的临床医学(五年制)本科生作为研究对象,随机分成传统教学组、案例教学组,两组学生分别采用传统教学法和案例教学法进行学习,通过理论考核、临床实践考核和问卷调查等形式进行教学效果评估。结果案例教学组学生理论考核成绩、临床实践考核均优于传统教学组(P<0.05);在教学内容感兴趣度、教学方式感兴趣度、操作技能知识掌握度、教学行为满意度方面,案例教学组学生高于传统教学组(P<0.05),而在理论知识掌握度上,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论学生通过案例教学法学习,增加了学生学习的兴趣与主动性,加深了对血胸专业知识的理解与认识,提高了分析和解决临床实际问题的能力,增加了学生对教学行为的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of case-based teaching method in clinical teaching of hemothorax.Methods Undergraduate students of clinical medicine(five-year program)in the department of thoracic surgery in our hospital for clinical training in 2019 were randomly divided into two groups such as traditional teaching group and case-based teaching group.These students learned target contents by traditional teaching method or case-based teaching method.The evaluation of teaching effect is conducted through theoretical assessment,clinical practice assessment and questionnaire surveys.Results Students in case-based teaching group were better than them in traditional teaching group in their theoretical assessment score and clinical practice assessment(P<0.05);in terms of interest in teaching content,interest in teaching methods,mastery of operational skills,and satisfaction with teaching behaviors,the score of students in case-based teaching group was higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between these two groups in terms of mastery of theoretical knowledge(P>0.05).Conclusion Case-based teaching method could increase students'interest and initiative in learning,deepen their understanding and knowledge of hemothorax,improve their ability of analyzing and solving clinical practical problems,and increase students'satisfaction with teaching behaviors.
