情景模拟联合PBL教学法在介入护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨情景模拟联合PBL教学法在介入治疗护理学教学中的实践效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月在我院介入科实习的60名护理专业学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30名,其中对照组单纯给予PBL教学法进行教学,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用情景模拟教学法,对教学后两组基础知识成绩、临床实践成绩及学习感兴趣率进行比较。结果观察组基础知识成绩良好率为76.67%,显著优于对照组的33.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床实践成绩良好率为73.33%,显著优于对照组的40.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习感兴趣率为80.00%,显著优于对照组的46.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟联合PBL教学法能够夯实学生的基础知识,提高其临床实践能力,激发学生的学习兴趣。

Abstract:Objective To explore the practical effect of scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method in interventional nursing teaching.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,60 nursing students who were interned in our department were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,and 30 cases were in each group.The control group was given the PBL teaching method while the observation group was used the scenario simulation teaching method based on the control group.The basic knowledge scores,clinical practice scores and learning interest rate after the teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The good rate of basic knowledge in the observation group was 76.67%,which was significantly better than 33.33%of the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of clinical practice in the observation group was 73.33%,which was significantly better than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning interest rate in the observation group was 80.00%,which was significantly better than 46.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method can not only consolidate basic knowledge to a certain extent,improve their clinical practice ability,but also stimulate learning interest rate.
